We direct bill to ICBC: Have you been involved in a motor vehicle incident? If so, you qualify for 12 pre-approved Massage Therapy visits & 12 Acupuncture Visits within 12 weeks of your MVI.

For Massage Therapy, ICBC will cover $131.25 toward your initial visit and $98.70 towards subsequent visits. You are responsible for paying remaining amounts.

For Acupuncture, ICBC will cover $129.15 towards your initial visit and $109.20 towards subsequent visits. You are responsible for paying remaining amounts.

When completing your online intake form, please provide:

ICBC claim number
Your full name and
Date of birth
Date of the Motor Vehicle Incident (MVI) Name & contact information of your case manager

We direct bill to MSP and they will cover $23 toward your Registered Massage Therapy visit (note: a combined maximum of 10 visits per patient per calendar year applies to Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Naturopath & Physical Therapy). You are responsible for paying remaining amounts.

The Health Benefits Program manages MSP for First Nations people in BC. If you have status and need to register for MSP, do so through Health Benefits.MSP registration forms are available online or by calling Health Benefits at 1-855-550-5454.

If you are Metis or Inuit and have questions about the BC Medical Services Plan, please call Health Insurance BC at 1-800-663-7100.
