What is mobile Reflexology ?

Reflexology is a non-invasive natural healing art that is the study of reflexes. By applying the pressure and massage techniques of reflexology, signals are sent along the nervous system which results in the body lowering the over-all level of tension in that area of the body. Reflexology can be done along side traditional care, but it is not an alternative to it.

Reflexology can include the feet, hands and face.

Experience the best face and foot massage in The Greater Victoria Area. This appointment includes approximately 30 minutes of Facial Reflexology and 60 minutes of Foot Reflexology.
